Level Gauge
Magnetic Level Gauge
The magnetic level gauge is an indirect level gauge. The boiler level is transmitted analogously 1:1 to the indicating ledge via the float.
The product corresponds to the PED directive 97/23/EEC and has the CE mark no. 0035 of the notified body.
Applied rules as per TRD/AD2000 or ASME Boilers
Reflex level gauge
The reflex level gauge is a direct level gauge which can be used for steam boilers and containers. In the sight opening, the water level is indicated dark and the steam light.
The product corresponds to the PED directive 97/23/EEC art. 3 par. 3 SEP. (Sound Engineering Practice).
Applied rules as per TRD/AD2000 or ASME Boilers
Transparent Level Gauge
The transparent level gauge is a direct water level gauge with illumination which can be used for steam generators.
In the sight opening, the water level is visible at the interface between water level and steam. The product corresponds to the PED directive 97/23/EEC art. 3 par. 3 SEP (Sound Engineering Practice).
Applied rules as per TRD/AD200 or ASME-Boilers.
Remote Level Gage
The remote level gauge can be used for every steam generator according to TRD 401 except continuous steam generators.
The geodetic pressure difference of two water columns is transferred to
a blue separating liquid in the remote level gauge. This liquid is insoluble in water and non-toxic.
The height of the indicating liquid column indicates the water level in the steam drum on a scale of 1:1 or on a reduced scale.
The product corresponds to the PED directive 97/23/EEC art. 3 par. 3 SEP (Sound Engineering Practice).
Applied rules as per TRD/AD2000 or ASME-Boilers
